Winemakers: Adèle Germain and Simon Messager, heirs to two emblematic winegrowing families. Based in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, respectively.

Appellation: Côteaux Bourguignons, 100% Chardonnay

The vineyard is called 'En Malpertuis' in Couchey, north of Fixin. 40 year old vines.

Winemaking:

Fermentation: 30% of the harvest is in 1 and 2 wine barrels and 70% in stainless steel. Ageing: for 12 months in fine lees.

ABV: 13%
